RETURNS 

EXTENDED RETURNS
You now have until January 10th to return any DECEMBER order for store credit if you get the wrong product, colour or size.


We want our customers to feel comfortable when shopping online with us, therefore all orders placed on our online store are covered by a 14 day return guarantee, for this, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please be aware that we only offer store credit or exchanges, no cash refunds.

If you have ordered an item which requires the service of sourcing or is personalised, we do not accept returns for these products.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and with all original packaging in the same condition. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, you can contact us at team@drkickzz.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package, the package must be returned within 7 days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  

You are responsible for the costs of returning products to us. When returning the item, ensure there is a copy of your order number in the return parcel.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If for any reason your item is not accepted, we will post the item back to you promptly.

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS  
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We allow for a maximum of 2 exchanges across different products, with the exception of sizing issues on the same item. 

We do not accept exchanges or returns on items which require the service of sourcing.

For any changes / cancellation in regards to your order, you must contact us within 6 hours of placing the order. This is due to us offering next day delivery and dispatching orders on the same day.
